WORK HURT

 I wrote Work Hurt because I began to notice patterns, not just in my own life, but in the lives of the men I was helping. I saw how old wounds from past jobs kept showing up in new places, shaping how we think, lead, and respond. As I walked with others through healing, I realized how deeply the body of Christ needs this conversation. This book was born out of that burden. To help people recognize the invisible wounds they carry from work and invite God into the process of healing and growth. 

 This book is a full journey. Starting with the hidden damage work can cause, and ending with a renewed sense of identity, purpose, and peace. Inside Work Hurt, you’ll find real stories, biblical wisdom, and tools to uncover past pain, break unhealthy patterns, and build a life that reflects who God created you to be. By the final chapter, the goal isn’t just healing. It’s wholeness in every area of your work life.

I believe Work Hurt is inviting the Church to engage this space in a deeper way. The invisible wounds people carry from their jobs. My vision is for this message to find its way into churches everywhere, creating space for healing and honest conversations about work. As we begin to recognize and name the pain, healing can take root. And those who walk this journey will step into a fuller, healthier, more spiritually grounded life in God. Even more, they’ll become servant leaders. Healed people who help carry others forward into wholeness as well.
